During our Christmas stay, we were delighted to find a peaceful and idyllic cottage tucked away in the mid Wales hills. The cottage was generously sized and beautifully furnished, offering comfortable sofas and beds. We especially enjoyed the lovely big bath, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the beautiful Brecon Beacons. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed, including a useful information pack with recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and shops. We also appreciated the close proximity to nature, with the opportunity to listen to the soothing sounds of the nearby stream and birdsong.
One thing to note is that due to its riverside location and proximity to livestock, there were quite a few flies and bugs around. While this didn't greatly bother us, it may be worth considering for those who are particularly sensitive to insects.

The property provides free private parking, which was a relief considering the struggles I've had with parking in the past. It's like finding a hidden gem in a crowded parking lot.
Bathroom needs minor TLC.
